How to choose music to help sleep?

         Insomnia is a very painful thing. It is not just about sleep, but also seriously affected the next day's work efficiency and our state of mind.Nowadays, the problem is more common with young people because of  personal habits-usual sleeping very late and working or study pressure.They try many methods, drinking milk before going to sleep,counting sheep and doing some reading.However, the more you want to sleep, the more sleepless you are.
Music helps sleep. You will feel relaxed and forget the boring things when you listen to music.(Image Source)
            
         I was also one of those people who is often insomnia before.However, now I seldom have a sleepless night because of music.Now I will listen to some light music before sleep and slowly I will fall asleep.
        Most time I choice some light music without lyric . This music just like flowing water in the stream. It makes you feel relaxed. Most time insomnia is due to that you can not relax yourself and you will think about something in your mind. This music will clean those things in your mind and make you feel sleepy.Then you will fall asleep quickly.
