Cooking All By Ourselves

     

Time flies！ Imperceptibly we have stayed in the United States for four months.During the past four months, I learned many things. One of them is cooking.

          I still remember the scene at that time when I cooked for the first.  I have never cooked before I came here. I thought cooking was easy before. However,when I cooked all by myself, I realized that I was wrong.It is as difficult as topology. When I heard the sound of hot oil, I began to be very nervous .I didn't know what should do next. 
          Now, I have learned some basic skills of cooking. I am very happy I have a chance to cook for myself. 

Sports

        I like sports,such as playing basketball,playing ping pang,and playing billiards.As the saying goes,life is lies in sports.Regular exercise can make your body strong and reduce illness.

        Every time I do some sports, I feel myself full of energy and younger than ever before.I like the feeling when staying in the open air. You can see the beautiful scenery and take a breath of fresh air.I will
       In the school,I like playing basketball with my classmates at the weekend no matter how hot or cold the weather is. We will play for the whole afternoon till every one is too tired to move.Then we will sit or lie on the school ground talking and laughing. They are my best friends at that time.
       Besides, I will go out to play billiards sometime with my roommates. It is a little expensive so we only play one or two hours every time. I don't play well but I am lucky.I lose the fierce passion which appears on the school ground and become a gentle man.I feel myself very cool and charming ,haha...
       I learned playing ping pang when I am 15 years old. I like it very much. It is a sport needing many skills.I was used playing ping pang at weekend with my partners when I was a student of middle school. However,I almost don't play it because of no partners.
       I am not strong in fact but I like sports. I like the feeling of moving.Do you like it?

It teaches many students that no one can help you except yourself.

     This is a song of Jay Zhou.This song tell children to love their mothers and do as their mothers tell them.Many young people sing this sang to their mothers to show their love, which they felt shy to say before.It is very a meaningful song.

        I have loved Jay Zhou since I was in the middle school.Till now I have listened his songs for ten years.The once sunshine boy who had long bangs and would be nervous when speaking in front of people ten years ago now becomes a real man with prudent and confident temperament.

       He said he would be 60 years old after 30 years and he hopes he can still sing with her fans at that time.He said he would continue creating new songs to return his fans who support him for so time.
       I love Jay. Listening to his classical style music, I become silent.Listening to his fast-paced songs,I become strong.Do you like him ?

        I liked running when I was a child.I fantasied that my arms were the wings of a bird and ran in the field with waving my arms.I felt I was a little bird flying in the breeze when I ran between the heaven and earth.I liked this feeling very much. I smelled the smell of sunshine and heard the laughter of flowers when I ran.I saw the branches of willows dancing and heard ears of wheat singing in chorus when I ran.
       Like most children, I liked asking my parents many strange questions when I was a child.Some still makes me laugh now when I think of them . I always asked my  mother where I came from and she always told me that I was picked up from the mountain.

      I liked watching the clouds in the sky when I was a child. I come from the countryside ，so I often spent the  time in the open air and I could saw a boundless stretch  of rural scenes.During that time I always looked up and watched the beautiful clouds.They looked like many kinds of animals playing in the sky.

One Funny Thing On The First Day Of College

      For the majority students, the first day of college is exciting and interesting because they can appreciate the campus scenery,make new friends and participate in student clubs.However,for me,it was so terrible a day that I don't want to go through a second.

      After moving my luggage into my dormitory. I went to the market which was located nearby the north gate of the school. After out of the market, I began to walk back with my own memory and  intuition. I was sure that I was not a direction-blind person and had seldom gotten lost before.
      "Turn right at the first corner. Then walk straight ahead until you see a  optical shop..."I told myself. However,a few minutes later, I became a little panic because some new buildings came to my eyes. Walking ten meters again,I was totally confused.
      Standing at a crossroad. I realized that I was lost. I didn't know what I should do at that time. I felt my whole body sweat because my hands carrying lots of thing and the weather was really hot. I told myself select a student looking kind in face to ask the way. I look around and walked towards wearing a white shirt.

      I told him my situation and asked him whether he could help me back my dormitory.He patted me  on the shoulder and told me not worry. I felt saved. However,what happened next made us not know whether to laugh or cry.
      When he asked the name of my dormitory , I suddenly realized that I didn't notice it before I came to the market.
       He thought for a moment and told me to follow him. After a few minutes,we arrived a building . Then ,we entered it and took the elevator. Finally , we entered one room I could not remember the number. A beautiful teacher was in the room.She told us this was "New Student Service Center"

       After hearing my situation, she smiled and asked my name and classes.She checking my basic information into the computer and knew that where was my dormitory. Out of the building , the kind student leaded me to my dormitory.
Now I will try my best to help new students because I know this is what the seniors should do.

Cycling To Tibet

          Do you know Tibet which is located in the southwest border of China?Tibet is famous for its magnificent natural scenery.Last summer vacation three of my classmates made a team to cycle to Tibet from Jilin which is very far from Tibet. They said that it was a very different travel and they would forget this experience.

         During  the term before the vacation, they had been planing this  journey. Because this journey would be a little dangerous and They always talked about what they should buy before setting off in the classroom after class.They bought three professional bicycles which looked very cool. Besides,they also bought other things which was needed in this journey, such as tents, helmets,simple medicines.
       Then after the final exam, they set off to Tibet.It was a very tired journey. They needed to ride their bicycles without stopping. They needed to repaired their bicycles when they didn't work. They needed to slept in the tents when they didn't find a hotel.
      However,it was also an very interesting and meaningful journey. They competed to see who rode their bicycles faster.They appreciated the beauty of the scenery along the way.They painted in the tents many interesting pictures.
      I think it is a very important experience of their life. They will never forget it. Do you have ever ridden to somewhere?

My Roommate

      Though my roommate is a young man of 180cm,he is sometime just as lovely as a child. In the class or other places where there are strangers, he will be very shy and hardly speaks. However,he will be very lively and full of energy when arriving where we live. Now let me introduce my roommate-Yanlin Li to you.

     He has a very funny habit. He specially loves to sleep. He always sleep over 11:00am at weekends.Then he gets up to eat lunch. After lunch ,he will go to sleep again. This time he won't be wake before 6:00pm.
     He is a man who doesn't like pop music.Most young people like pop music and think pop music fashionable.However, my roommate almost never listen to pop music. He often listen to Chinese classical music, especially the music played with erhu. He said that music of this kind was beautiful and could touch his heart.
    He likes watching cartoon, especially "One Piece" .He can sits besides the computer and sees a day of cartoon.He also read some books of cartoon. After watching a set of cartoon, he will browse some post bar about the cartoon.Every time after he watching a newly updated set of "One Piece", he will stop speaking and all of the words are about "One Piece".
    He is a very great roommate. I feel very happy to live with him.What about your roommate?
